We made a booking through Finalrentals for a monthly car rental, and we used Paramounts service for about a month, and the overall experience with them has been exceptional. Since the time we made our booking, we got a temporary upgrade to a higher class of car (because the car we requested was temporarily unavailable), prompt response, free delivery even after working hours, support for the one time where we had a check light on the dash which was sorted by their service team, etc. Their service is seamless and transparent, and we enjoyed driving a 2020 model year car for the last one month. They also accommodated our request for choice of color. Also, we requested them to extend our rental period by one more day, for which they also waived off any charges. Highly recommended!
